We are working with data glasses (Epson Moverio BT35-E)at our institute. Unfortunately, communication between the integrated camera of the Moverio and the PC is not working. We do not receive a video stream. The Epson manual says: Please use USB Type-C to C cable with Display Alternate mode. Since the PC does not have a USB-Type-C port, we bought a "simple" PCI-Express card for USB C without DP Alt Mode and it still does not work.
So next step would be to try out the UPD2018 with DP Alt-Mode. What makes me worry is the fact, that both USB C ports of the UPD2018 are marked as "out". Can you tell me if it is possible to receive data via the DP Alt-Mode USB-C port of your card?

we require an add on parallel port IO device that supports a parallel port hardware key using 'Sentinel SuperPro' software.
We purchased an Asus A68HM-PLUS Motherboard that has native support for Serial COM.
Will the PAR5008R work correctly with the parallel port hardware key ??

I have recently purchased a UPD2018 but I am having problems with it. I've tried the recommendation in the manual of trying a different PCI slot and uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers. I've tried the driver off your website and also just letting windows try to find them but neither work. I have attached a few images of what is happening and what my computer is currently running (which i believe has the proper requirements).

My expansion cards are not working due to a driver fault. I have downloaded and installed the latest driver from the Sunix and currently I keep getting a Code 10 error stating the device cannot start. In terms of power I can confirm the SATA power is working, and any USB device I connect does power on.
