Hello there, we've a pci parallel card of yours and whenever we install the drivers it crashes our windows at startup. What exactly appears is a blue screen of death, with the error code STOP: 0x0000007e
The only work-around we have found so far, in order to avoid this issue and use our computer and the card, is to disable the card before pc shut down, then turn it on and activate the card. This way it works like a charm, no problem. Obviously, this is not correct for an hardware to work, so if you could give us a tip on how it could be fixed and work properly.
We are at your service for any further info, and we hope you can help us out! Thank you very much.
I am not able to locate the Prolific USB to Serial COMM ports on the Device Manager after installation.
Please advise correct UEFI Compatibility Support mode settings to enable Asus Z87I-PRO motherboard to boot with this card installed. At present the PC doesn't get past POST before restarting.
I have purchased the serial card, I installed it and installed the drivers, but I cannot find anywhere how to change the mode to RS485. I need to use this board for ModBus Communication, and it will only work with RS485. I have used Pins 1,2 and 5 where 1 is Data -, 2 is Data +, and 5 is GND. I connect it to the modbus cards but I get no Communication.

please help.
Was running on a ASUS & Windowns7
Now on an ACER-TravelMaoeIP and after successfull Driver installation v1.9.9.0 I got "unit can not start (Code 10)"
