Introduction
The CDSS02D00 can connect up two RS232 serial devices to a network. The basic function of a serial device server is to connect your existing serial devices to a network, allowing you to conveniently connect your serial devices to an Ethernet network. You can not only retain your existing hardware resources, but also ensure that future network expansions can be implemented. Furthermore, SUNIX's serial device servers can easily perform two-way data transmissions between serial and Ethernet networks, allowing you to centrally manage your serial devices and carry out the decentralized management of hosts in networks.
SUNIX's serial device server offers a variety of different operating modes for different serial ports. The product is highly suited for remote data reading, data processing, and multipoint transmissions that need to go through TCP/IP networks.
